We are not responsible for any item not claimed within 30 days and without original receipt.

We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weakness, stains, prior damage or defect in materials that are not readily apparent to processing.

Responsibility is also disclaimed for trimmings, beads, buckles, buttons, belts, shoulder pads, sequins, zippers, etc.

In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss, dye transfer and shrinkage; or against damage to weak tender fabrics.

Differences in count must be claimed at the time of pick-up.

In case we find our miscount when tagging, we will inform you upon pick-up and what was miscounted.

The company’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles of clothing shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for washing or dry cleaning on any regular garment.

We are willing to do pre-spots, but we will not guarantee all stains will be cleaned completely.

All terms and conditions are on the back of each customer receipt.

Any coupons must be presented before checking in.

Despite the utmost care taken in the dry cleaning and laundry process, we can not guarantee manufactures faulty dyeing, fading, shrinkage or normal wear and tear during the cleaning process.
The company reserves the right to reject an item, due to special circumstances, including but not limited to:
a) Garments that may affect the health of our employees.
b) Garments that could easily transfer colors such as polyester and other synthetic materials.
